I also pick Ralof because if I go with Hadvar I will kill the 2012-06-25 2011-11-15 Ralof is a better choice well kinda. You get more gold from dead Imperial loot, You get revenge on the dumb Imperial captain bitch, You also get access to heavy armor earlier because going with Hadvar doesn't have any lootable heavy armor.
